Locate a Product
All our products ranges are on the 'PRODUCTS' page. Click on a product range to see details of all the products within that range. When you see a product that appears to be of interest, you can click on the small picture to the left of the description to see a more detailed larger image and more information about it. The prices quoted include VAT but not delivery.
Add to Basket
Once you have selected an item to purchase, input the amount you wish to purchase in the 'Quantity' box using the drop down list. You will then be informed that the basket has been updated. At any time you can click on the 'BASKET' button and you will be taken to the 'Shopping Basket' page. Within your basket you can do the following things:
Changing Quantity: To change the amount you wish to order just change the quantity by typing in a new amount. Then click on the 'Update Order' button.
Removing an item: To remove a specific item type "0" in the quantity and click the "Update Order" button. To completely remove all the item click the 'Remove All' button.
Continue Shopping: To return to the products, click on the appropriate product button.
Make the purchase
Review your shopping basket and our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You can proceed to the checkout, once you have acknowledged that you accept our Terms and Conditions, by clicking 'Go To Checkout'. This will take you to the delivery and billing instructions and send your order to us.
- Enter your credit cards billing details. We will send a copy of your receipt to this address, along with the credit card slip for your records. If this address is also the address to which you want the goods shipped (recommended), then please check the box to save you entering them again.

Enter the delivery details. If you choose to have the goods delivered
to a different address, the order may take longer to fulfil. This is
to allow us the time to verify that this address is legitimate. We
will verify ALL alternative address shipments prior to shipping, to
minimise the risk of fraud.
You decide on the delivery charge based on the number of items purchased and your geographic location using the drop down box provided. This will be manually checked prior to despatch, an error will delay the despatch. - Confirm the order summary. Prior to entering your credit card details, we give you the opportunity to review the order with all of the above details, to ensure that there are no mistakes. If you find any mistakes you can always go back and correct them.
- Enter your credit card details into our secure Payment Page, click "Confirm and Pay" and your order is complete. If you want to check our security, please click the icons on the payment page or review our security information.
Subsequent
We will confirm your order details via e-mail. A copy of the order details and credit card slip for your records will accompany the goods.
If an item has become temporarily sold out, we will notify you of this by e-mail. We will also tell you the date that we expect the product to be delivered to our warehouse.
